Rethinkers, led by Dr. Lana Mbaideen, held an inspiring training workshop in collaboration with the Rubu’ Qarn Foundation in Sharjah from May 24 to 25, 2025. The workshop focused on designing and delivering youth-centered programs using Thinkers Keys, emphasizing both creative and critical thinking strategies.

Participants included program developers and facilitators who explored practical ways to craft impactful educational content. Through hands-on activities and real-life scenarios, the training empowered teams to build programs that resonate deeply with the needs and rights of children and youth.
