Rethinkers delivers “Women’s Leadership for the Future” program in Dubai for female leaders of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs – led by Dr. Lana Mbaideen – April 2025.

In a strong step toward empowering women leaders in government, Rethinkers, under the leadership of Dr. Lana Mbaideen, delivered a specialized training program titled “Women’s Leadership for the Future” in Dubai from April 6 to 7, 2025. The program brought together an inspiring group of female leaders from the General Directorate of Residency and Foreigners Affairs.

The training focused on strengthening leadership capabilities, enhancing creativity and agility in the workplace, and cultivating a future-forward vision for women in public sector leadership. With a highly engaging and reflective approach, participants explored real-world challenges and strategies for institutional empowerment and sustainable impact.
